rendering styles
photorealistic rendering
Highly requested in the context of architectural competitions, town planning or landscape, this type of 3D image can be easily mistaken for a photograph. Whether indoor or outdoor spaces, the photorealistic rendering honors the complexity of each architectural details and decorative s.
the drawing
Architectural drawings allow you to stand out by transcribing a sensitive character.
the urban sketch
Less expensive than a digital image, the urban sketch generates less time to complete. Here, an image produced as part of the EUROPAN 2016 competition.
insertion rendering
For this type of image we use our rendering engine photorealistic. 3D modeling is inserted by photomontage in a photograph that we take on site beforehand. The result obtained makes it possible to effectively grasp the urban environment and the context of your project.
fancy rendering
If realism knows how to make itself communicative, its contre-pied is sometimes more apt to convey the universe of a story.
the plan
We rework your plans on the basis of your technical drawings.
design process
Producing a perspective:
1 - Formulation of the request
By telephone or during a meeting, the project manager explains verbally to the perspectivist the context of his request and his overall expectations.
2 - Maintenance
"Key" questions are asked:
Who is the target audience?
What are the elements to highlight in the images?
What style of rendering is desired?
3 - Sketch
The perspective artist sends a series of low resolution images, so that the project manager chooses a point of view, a light and an atmosphere. Important: Once the sketch is validated, changes are possible but not recommended for the smooth running of the work.
4 - Architectural adjustments
At this stage, you are asked to check the correspondence between the image and the project.
Example: accuracy of measurements, color of materials, etc ...
5 - Production phase
The Perspectivist does most of the work, making sure to stay available by phone and email.
6 - Image calculation
A raw HD image is calculated, therefore and subsequently if only the elements relating to post-production (addition of characters, vegetation, retouching of colors, white balance, etc.) will be carried out.
7 - Post-production
The soul of the image is born during this finalization phase
8 - Final adjustments
A potentially definitive image is sent. The project manager then has the option of requesting some minor modifications.
Model update:
Any modification of the project involving an update of the 3D model may deteriorate the final result and is subject to additional invoicing according to the terms explained in the estimate.
TIME LIMIT
The deadlines are very variable because they depend on the particularities of each project. It often takes one to five days per image (excluding production of the 3D model).
